How To Apply for a WWIN GrantSince WWIN was founded in 1992, our strategy has been to provide low income women with individual grants for education and health care of sufficient size and duration that they can achieve meaningful, long-term, positive change in their lives. The grants may be used to attend an educational institution or to obtain services from a health care provider or counselor of the grantee’s choice.
