WWIN operates under the thoughtful guidance and direction of a volunteer Board of Directors and a staff of 4 FTE’s.

For the fiscal year 2019, the Board consists of 22 individuals with a broad range of experience and expertise. The role of the Board is to govern the organization through strategic planning and to provide fiscal oversight and guidance. Board terms are for three years and board members may serve up to two terms.
