The Pathways To Success Grant Application is Now Open

The Pathways to Success program provides a woman with the opportunity to gain a sense of who she is, to feel free to make choices and informed decisions about her life, to set ambitious goals for herself and take action on those goals. With the support of a certified coach, women who participate in this program will create a personalized roadmap to achieve economic stability.

Eligibility

WWIN selects women who have a desire to create a pathway to achieve economic stability.

Our Pathways to Success grant recipients are determined, driven and have a deep desire to build a better future for themselves and their families. WWIN believes that economic stability is the foundation they need to achieve their full potential. With the support of a coach, they will create their own personalized plan to economic stability. They will gain confidence in their abilities, set ambitious goals, and create steps to achieve those goals. 

Pathways to Success grants provide six-months of coaching services with a coach certified by the International Coach Federation or a counselor licensed by the State of Washington.

Who Should Apply?

The following are required criteria that you must meet before applying for a WWIN Pathways to Success grant:

  • Are you female?
  • Are you 18 years of age or older?
  • Have you resided in Washington for the past 12 months?
  • Are you a United States citizen, permanent resident, refugee, asylee or current DACA recipient to the United States?
  • Do you have a desire to create a workable plan to achieve economic stability?

What does it mean to be economically stable?

WWIN believes that a woman has achieved economic stability when she can fully meet current financial obligations, feels secure in her financial future and is able to make choices that allow her to enjoy life.

Is Pathways to Success Right For Me?

Coaches work as partners with grant recipients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.

  • Are you ready to commit to meeting with your coach for one-hour, three times per month, for six consecutive months?
  • Are you ready to actively engage during each session and create action items to move you toward your goal of economic stability?
  • Are you ready to take action and move forward toward economic stability?
